Hazel Hu is the Founder and President of Permasteel Inc., a California-based company that has been in business for over 21 years. Permasteel specializes in manufacturing and distributing gas grills, patio coolers, patio heaters and garden beds, with a strong presence across the United States. Its products are sold through major retailers including Lowe’s, Costco, Sam’s Club, Home Depot, BJ’s, and Menards, as well as in Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Europe, and Australia. Hazel believes in creating products that bring people together and in building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. Known for her strong work ethic and leadership by example, she is committed to fostering a culture where employees feel valued and take pride in their contributions.
